Our History
Founded in 2024, Serenity Funeral Planning Consultants was established to provide compassionate and expert guidance in funeral planning.
Our founder, Jacqueline Scoggins, envisioned a service focused on clear, respectful support without selling funeral plans. With a background in sales of pre-need funeral and cemetery contracts she aimed to offer families the tools and knowledge they need to make informed decisions without the emotional stress and financial pressure during a difficult time.
As a new business, we are dedicated to upholding our core values of compassion, integrity, respect, professionalism, and empowerment. We are committed to making a positive impact and supporting families with the care and respect they deserve.
We are independent and not affiliated with any funeral home or cemetery.
