Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and family details shared during our consultations. Information will only be shared with third-party service providers as necessary to fulfill your service requests and with your explicit consent.
